San Tan is partnering with 1st Day School Supplies Again this year! This is a great way to make school supply shopping hassle free and give back to San Tan at the same time. San Tan received $5 for each school supply kit and we put that money right back into supplies, like paper, for the school. It is also a good way to break up back to school costs since you can purchase your school supply kit now! Supply kits will be available through June 15th. Yee-haw!!! Our annual Daddy Daughter Dance will be on Friday, February 8th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Presales tickets are $10 per daddy/daughter duo and $2 for each additional child through Friday, February 1st. After February 1st, prices will go up to $15 per duo and $2 per additional child and will ONLY be available at the door. In addition to dancing, there will be light refreshments, games, and a photo booth. Western style clothing is encouraged, but not required. Tickets will be delivered to your child at school prior to the dance.

San Tan PTO has designed new sweatshirts and will be placing a second order. We will NOT be ordering any extra sweatshirts, so if you would like one, you must place an order by Tuesday, January 22nd. This will be the last order placed this year. Sweatshirt orders will be available ONLINE ONLY using the order form below. Pictures from the 2018 Cookies and Milk with Santa and Mrs. Claus event are now available. To view your pictures, please CLICK HERE. One of our favorite events of the year, Cookies and Milk with Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on Monday, December 3rd. This event sells out every year, so make sure to get your ticket early. – Tomorrow, Thursday, August 2nd from 5:30 to 7pm is Curriculum Night. Every grade level will be doing three presentations about their curriculum for the year. All three of the presentations will be the same, so you only need to go to one per grade level. If possible, do not bring your kiddos along – there will be no childcare provided –but if you absolutely need to in order to attend, it’s ok. The session times are:
1st Session– 5:30 to 5:55
2nd Session – 6:00 to 6:25
3rd Session – 6:30 to 6:55
– PTO will be selling spirit wear in the PTO room. The PTO room is located near the cafeteria.
– PTO will be available in the front office to take cash and credit payments for your tax-deductible family fundraising donation. We are asking each family to donate $50 to help us achieve our goal is $25,000. Please help us reach this goal so we don’t have to go back to traditional fundraisers. – Our teachers approached the PTO a couple of years ago asking if we would look into ordering “school supply kits” for our students and families. This opportunity felt like a win-win situation.
