This form is used for families to make donations for fundraising this year.

    This year we are continuing with our family fundraising donation where we are asking each family to give $50 per family. These donations help to support our teacher wish lists, requests from school administration and our campus improvement project. 100% of the funds from your donations go straight to the school!!! We hope to raise enough funds from your donations to fund all of our campus needs without doing more traditional fundraisers. So please help us keep this easy method of fundraising going! **As an added bonus, everyone who donates $50 or more by the end of day on Thursday, August 4th (Curriculum Night), will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Main Event gift card. *** For everyone who donates $150 or more, by the end of the day on Thursday, August 4th (Curriculum Night) you will be entered into a drawing for TWO Disneyland Park Hopper Tickets (Expiration 12/14/22)
