We are excited to announce sales are open for our next event, Cookies and Milk with Santa! This yearly tradition is one of our favorites. We will be returning to our traditional format of hosting this event in the San Tan Gym with a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, crafts and of course, cookies and milk!!! This event does have limited spots available so that we can make sure everyone gets the chance to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Cost is $10 per family. San Tan PTO is excited to announce that we are doing a preorder online ONLY sale for sweatshirts and long sleeve shirts. PTO is not making money on these in order to keep the prices as low as we could while fostering school spirit. All orders must by placed online by Friday, November 18th. We will NOT be ordering any extras, so please make sure to place your order on time in order to reserve yours. We anticipate them arriving prior to the winter break. We hope you can join us on Friday, November 11th at 9:00am for a Pastry Picnic with Parents. This event will take place outside on the fields at San Tan. Tickets will cost $2 per person and will include a pastry and either juice or milk. This year PTO would like to offer 1 free ticket to a Veteran in your immediate family. We can’t wait for our next event, Halloween Movie Night will be on Friday, October 14th. Tickets will be on sale through Wednesday, October 5th and will NOT be available for purchase at the gate. Don’t forget to wear your Halloween costume for added fun! We will be showing either Hocus Pocus, Addams Family or Encanto and your family will cast their vote when you purchase tickets! The winning movie will be announced when we return from fall break! Please consider volunteering to help sell concessions as well. Thank you!
Spirit Wear is now available on our website. Due to overwhelming demand at Meet the Teacher, our current inventory is running very low on the new shirt design. Don’t worry we are placing an order for more! If you are planning to purchase a shirt with the new design this year (in the pictures below), we encourage you to place your order no later than Friday, August 5th. Shirts will still be available after this time, however ordering by the 5th will guarantee your size is included in the next shipment. Shirts are available in both youth and adult sizes. Our new Scorpion Spirit Wear is here!!! We will be selling shirts at Meet the Teacher in the conference room. Our new shirts are $20 for the NON glitter design and $25 for the GLITTER ones. Both designs are on a nice soft tri-blend cotton tee. All old styles will be available for a clear the shelves sale for $5 until they are gone. The new design of Spirit Wear will be available on our website soon!

We hope you all can join us at the first PTO Meeting of the school year on Monday, August 9th, 2021 at 9 a.m. in the conference room (room to the right when you enter the main entrance).
We had a ton of different time suggestions for our meetings in the PTO survey at the end of last year. For that reason we will alternate morning with early-evening meeting times this year. Every-other meeting will be 9 a.m. with the alternate time being 3:30 p.m. We were unable to set up meetings via zoom due to inconsistent guest internet access at the school. However, to accommodate as many as possible, we will post meeting minutes on our website so you can read what happens if you are unable to attend.
